If you subscribe to a rate plan that has a monthly recurring charge, that amount will automatically be deducted from your account balance every 30 days beginning on the date that you signed up for the rate plan.

If a phone is inoperable upon receipt, a customer should contact Customer Care at 1-866-594-3644 within 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible to receive a replacement handset free of charge.

Gmail:

To use the Android Market, you will need a Gmail account. To set up a new Gmail account or sync your current Gmail account, touch the Home option, then the Arrow at the bottom of the screen, then Gmail. Follow the onscreen instructions to set up the account.

Corporate Email/Microsoft Exchange:

The Exchange Email application provides access to your Outlook Exchange server via your device. You may use this email application system if you are using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or 2007. For detailed instructions on how to use this type of email, please reference your user manual and your network administrator or IT personnel.

No. Talk, text and data allotments are valid for your plan's 30-day period. If you add airtime to elect a new plan prior to the end of your plan's 30-day period, any unused talk, text or data units will be replaced with the new allotments associated with the plan you select. Your wireless rewards dollars, however, will carry forward.

No matter which monthly plan you select, you will earn $1 for every 100 points earned shopping with the Kroger Co. Family of Stores. You can use your rewards in conjunction with money you add to your account balance to pay for your monthly plan OR once you’ve accumulated enough rewards dollars for a free month of service, you can use your rewards to pay for your monthly plan.

You can add airtime at any time using an i-wireless airtime card or valid credit or debit card. If you add funds to your account prior to plan renewal, be sure to add to your account balance. When you're ready to purchase or renew a plan, you can use your account balance to make the payment.
