If you are not porting your current phone number, there is not a way to choose the number that is selected for your phone.

If you have added airtime to your account and are unable to make or receive calls, check the following:

  • Did you receive a welcome text message?
  • Is your phone turned on?
  • Is your battery charged?
  • If you are still unable to make or receive calls, contact Customer Care at 1-866-594-3644.

    To activate your i-wireless phone, simply follow the instructions in the Getting Started Guide that can be found inside of the box of materials included with your i-wireless phone.


    Be sure that your battery is fully charged before you begin making or receiving calls.

    No, there is not an activation fee for your i-wireless service.
