We just need your phone's Electronic Serial Number (ESN) and your zip code to confirm your device can be activated with i-wireless. Note: DO NOT power on your phone until prompted to do so.

Where do I find my phone’s ESN?

Devices you can activate on i-wireless

Use whichever of these methods is easiest for you.



  • Check under your device's battery. Note: It may be listed as "DEC."
  • Check in the settings menu:
    Android: Go to Settings > About device > Status
    iPhone: Go to Settings > General > About
    Windows Phone: Go to Settings > About > More info
  • Enter *#06# on your phone's dial pad.
  • Look for a sticker on the box your device came in.

What Do I Need?

PIN Number or Credit/Debit Card

If you purchased a plan online or an airtime card in-store, have your PIN ready for plan payment.

If you do not have a PIN, you can use a credit or debit card to purchase a plan during activation.

Shoppers or Rewards Card

Link your card to your account to get exclusive wireless rewards just for shopping at the Kroger Co. Family of Stores.

You’ll get $1 for every 100 points you earn shopping!

Your Phone's ESN/MEID

You’ll need to provide your phone’s electronic serial number during activation.

This helps to validate your phone’s compatibility with our network and to ensure successful programming.
